Block- and Tub-Type Foundations
Depending on the project, machine foundations are designed as, among others, block- or tub-type structures. SCRATCHES carries out the detailed drafting of the reinforced concrete structure, including the specified openings, embedded parts, machine connections as well as spring, damping and isolation elements.
Even for dynamically loaded foundations, drawing processing is carried out in accordance with the calculation and system requirements provided and released by the client.

Processing is carried out according to the software, file and drawing standards agreed with the client. Delivery can be provided in the formats and structures agreed before the project starts.
Scope of Services
SCRATCHES carries out the drafting and model-based processing based on the project documents provided and released by the client.
Dynamic calculations, vibration analyses, structural calculations, structural design, verifiable structural proofs, machine design and the selection of spring, damping or isolation systems are not part of our scope of services.
Specialist engineering approvals and approval of calculation, system and manufacturer specifications remain with the client or the responsible structural engineers, specialist planners and manufacturers.
